Recipe Books and free preview lessons are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund for them. You may delete your account at any time to stop receiving emails — see our Privacy Policy for data removal.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We always prefer to resolve the issue directly — please email us first.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase, less any unrecoverable third-party processing fees (typically none — Paddle includes refund handling in their service).
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
