We provide online culinary education, including downloadable recipes, video master classes, and interactive tools, accessible through your X-Planet account at xplanet.store.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
When you purchase or are granted access to course content, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display the content. Recipes you cook from our materials are yours to share — the original written and video materials are not.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.
Our refund policy is set out separately at /legal/refund.html. By making a purchase you agree to that policy.
Where we make content available free of charge (for example, free PDFs or preview lessons), we may require you to create an account and verify your email address before unlocking that content. We may discontinue, change, or restrict access to free content at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest content; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with the operation of the service.
Our culinary content is provided for educational purposes. Cooking and baking involve heat, sharp tools, and food safety responsibilities. You are responsible for your own kitchen safety and for checking ingredient allergens. We are not liable for any kitchen injuries, dietary reactions, or recipe outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service abusively. You may close your account at any time. Paid access already granted will remain available for the lifetime of the underlying offering, subject to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be notified by email where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
